Steps 4 Recovery Workbook

These are the steps I used to get sober. I have sober since 1982! Many of these steps I used in a Twelve Step program like Alcoholics Anonymous and Celebrate Recover. All I can say is that they steps worked for me but I also attended church and with other people in a group setting.
